If I select a Disk .tib backup of my Win 10 SSD created by ATI 2020, then the Convert to VHD will create a new .VHDX file which I am then able to open by double-clicking in Explorer. See forum topic: How to create a Disk backup as .tib (not .tibx) which will create a new backup task using the older .tib format in the Windows ATI 2020 GUI.
